Shipping Policy
Our shipping rate varies by price. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via USPS after being processed, depending on how far from us you are located. Orders are shipped out of Miami, Florida. Please do not email us about when your order will ship unless it has been over 4 business days as this only delays processing orders. If you want your package expedited, you need to pay for the Priority shipping which will ship out the same day or next day after your order is placed.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
If you order multiple times in one day please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!
PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $5 reshipment along with providing an updated address.
**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
